Background Information and communication technology (ICT) in the work environment continues to change landscape of work-place. This allows employees have greater flexibility when accessing information communicating with those not physically present. The goal current study was investigate relationships between workplace telepres-sure, workaholism, ICT boundary creation. moderating role creation relationship workaholism telepressure also examined. Participants procedure sample consisted 317 full-time faculty staff at a large Southeastern university. were recruited through an email distribution service, LISTSERV, that contains potential respondents’ university addresses. Prior starting Qualtrics survey, participants shown informed consent form indicating their participation is volun-tary, responses will be confidential anonymous. When they completed form, respondents evaluated on measures telepressure, Results Workplace positively related (and its subscales) negatively Furthermore, Additionally, both had significant partial effects for predicting telepressure. Conclusions As ICTs become more popular workforce, organizations must aware how additional ease access provide affects employees. Setting boundaries serves as way reduce negative influence workers.
